Salary Package

₹20,000-₹25,000 per month

Qualification

Any degree from a recognized institution.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for students and parents.

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, attendance, schedules, and other important matters.

Handle fee collection and follow-up with students/parents.

Maintain accurate records of fee payments, pending fees, and student-related data.

Manage and update student databases and Excel records.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams regarding student requirements.

Respond to parent queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation of concerns.

Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.

Support students with their day-to-day requirements and ensure a positive student experience.

Prepare basic reports related to student data, fees, attendance, and parent communication.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills.

Basic MS Excel and computer skills.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple students and tasks.
