Job Summary

• Location: Bedok Reservoir, Singapore
• Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 October 2027
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 7.30 am to 5.00 pm

Job Responsibilities

Student Care Officer

• Engage and build positive relationships with secondary school students
• Provide befriending, mentoring and basic well-being support
• Support students who require additional guidance and encouragement
• Plan and conduct student engagement activities
• Support school-based student programmes and activities
• Engage parents/guardians professionally when required
• Maintain student records and documentation
• Work closely with school staff on student support matters
• Handle sensitive and confidential student information professionally

Student Support Officer

• Support day-to-day student discipline matters
• Monitor and follow up on student latecomers
• Assist with detention and suspension-related matters
• Support investigations and documentation of student incidents
• Provide case management and follow-up for students with behavioural or disciplinary concerns
• Mentor and guide students with disciplinary or behavioural issues
• Engage parents/guardians professionally regarding student matters
• Work closely with school staff on student cases and follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
