Are you a teacher who wants to actually see your students grow — not just cover a syllabus?
At MindSpace, our teachers are our biggest asset. Every teacher goes through up to 200 hours of professional training and accreditation, giving you the structure, skills and confidence to deliver exceptional lessons and genuinely make a difference in a child's learning journey.
You won't just babysit homework. You'll be part of a structured team that teaches, mentors, and genuinely impact students for Primary level.
Job Summary
As a Student Care Teacher at MindSpace @ The Woodleigh Mall, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and academic support of Primary 1 to 5 students. Your role spans two key areas: student care (homework guidance, classroom management, student safety and welfare) and enrichment teaching (delivering structured lessons using MindChamps' research-based curriculum).
On a typical day, you will guide them through homework, conduct enrichment lessons, track individual progress, and communicate updates to parents. You will work closely with a team of trainers under the guidance of the Centre Manager, within a structured and well-supported environment.
