We’re hiring driven, high-performing recruitment professionals who want more than a basic job. You must have:

· 1 year proven recruitment experience (education or B2C telesales preferred)

· A results-focused mindset and a strong track record of exceeding KPIs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging warm leads — students who have already expressed interest

• Advising candidates on university options, eligibility, and other related work

• Managing your pipeline from first conversation through to successful enrolment

• Supporting students through applications, interviews, and documentation

• Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets aligned to generous bonus structures.
