Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage student relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive student acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SMS) to engage students effectively.
• Analyze performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPL, etc. to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
