Student Counsellor

• Reach out to prospective students through outbound calls using the assigned leads/database.
• Clearly and convincingly explain course offerings, key features, and program benefits to potential learners.
• Assess students’ interests, goals, and requirements to recommend appropriate courses and learning pathways.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email until conversion or closure.
• Update and manage daily call activity, lead status, and conversion details accurately in CRM/internal tracking systems.
• Achieve or surpass assigned targets related to daily calls, conversions, and student enrollments.
• Stay updated on all existing and upcoming courses, pricing structures, promotional offers, and company services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
