STUDENT COUNSELLOR

Your responsibilities will include:

* Counselling students regarding universities, programs, admissions and study opportunities.

* Understanding students’ academic profiles, career objectives and requirements.

* Handling and following up on leads assigned by Anadolu Consultant.

* Converting qualified leads into applications and successful enrollments.

* Preparing, reviewing and coordinating student applications and documentation.

* Following up with students regarding pending documents, applications, offers and admissions.

* Maintaining accurate student records and regularly updating the company’s CRM/lead management system.

* Coordinating with internal teams and universities throughout the application process.

* Maintaining professional relationships with students and parents.

* Meeting monthly and intake-based performance targets.

* Ensuring all counselling and application activity is conducted according to company policies and procedures.

This Is a Performance-Based Role

At Anadolu Consultant, counselling is not simply about answering student queries.

We expect our counsellors to take ownership of their leads, maintain consistent follow-up, build genuine student relationships and contribute directly to applications, admissions and enrollments.

Performance will be evaluated through measurable indicators including lead handling, follow-ups, applications, conversion, enrollments, documentation accuracy and overall professional conduct.
