Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• To provide clients/students with up-to-date information and counsel them appropriately
• To develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.
• To deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• To assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
• To support the overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally.
• Take responsibility for specific campaigns as agreed with the line manager i.e., venue-specific campaigns and marketing and promotional events
• Innovatively source and maintain clients for 3AG
• Promote effective client service
• Have complete knowledge of services rendered and complete product knowledge, taking the responsibility to stay updated
• Develop rapport with unit clients, be responsive and accurate with correspondence
• Follow the agents’ code of business conduct
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility in keeping all 3AG related business confidential
• Update student information on the student portal
• To organize, prepare, and deliver presentations as at when due
• Ensure company management guidelines and policies are followed.
• To provide progress through one-to-one interviews with the line manager, and weekly email reports
• To monitor competitor activity
• Agreed performance bonus of 200,000 naira per student from a benchmark of 10 students per intake or as agreed with management for the UK, Australia, USA and Ireland destinations, N50,000 for Canada and Cyprus

Requirement:

• Minimum of an HND
• Relevant work experience of 2years in a similar role counselling students to study abroad in Australia, Canada and UK

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly
