Job Description

Karier Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work towards admission targets.
• Previous experience in student counselling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
