Student Counselor

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and student-focused Student Counselor to guide students throughout their learning journey, understand their needs, and support them in making the right academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and learning opportunities.
• Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, syllabus, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the admission process.
• Maintain regular communication with enrolled students.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement.
• Address student concerns and coordinate with faculty when required.
• Maintain student records and enquiry details.
• Support admission and student retention activities.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in counseling, education, admissions, or customer relations is an advantage.

Experience

0–2+ years of experience in student counseling, admissions, education, or customer service preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
