Student Counselor

• Counsel students and professionals regarding suitable IT courses, certifications, and career paths.
• Understand learners’ career goals, skills, and requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
• Handle leads and inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online channels.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into successful course admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management when required.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, and student engagement activities.
• Stay updated about current IT skills, certifications, technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide a positive and professional counseling experience to students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
