Student Delivery

As a Student Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving end-to-end program operations to deliver an exceptional learning experience for our students. You will be the central point of contact connecting students, instructors, mentors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless class execution, high engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Job Description

• Program & Class Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end class operational activities in alignment with established program schedules and standards.
• Student & Learning Experience Oversight: Track and monitor student attendance, active participation, assignment submissions, and overall learning progress & proactively engage with students, instructors, and mentors to foster a supportive, structured, and interactive learning environment.
• Issue Resolution & Operational Support: Serve as the first point of contact for operational and technical inquiries during class sessions.
• Data Management & Performance Reporting: Systematically capture, organize, and maintain student records, attendance logs, and program documentation & collect, analyze, and synthesize student feedback to prepare insightful regular program performance reports for stakeholders.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall student journey.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Informatics Education, Information Technology, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior experience in education operations, program management, academic coordination, or student services is a strong advantage.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms is highly preferred.
• Detail oriented in managing class schedules, student attendance, learning progress, and program documentation.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle operational or technical issues during class sessions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced EdTech startup environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering a positive student learning experience.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
