Job Summary:

• Responsible for assisting in the implementation of Mapua University’s student discipline and formation framework across the Makati campuses.
• The role ensures that disciplinary processes are administered with fairness, consistency, and a developmental approach aligned with the University’s values of excellence, professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• The Coordinator supports case management, documentation, and student interventions, while contributing to a safe, respectful, and student-centered learning environment that promotes holistic formation and student success.

Required Specifications:

• Education: Psychology, Criminology, and other relevant allied courses
• Competencies:
• Knowledge of School Policies and Education Law
• Case Assessment and Sound Decision-Making
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
