Student Enrollment Advisor

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Enrollment Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand their goals and recommend suitable certification programs.
• Provide information on courses, fees, schedules, and career benefits.
• Follow up with leads, handle objections, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM/HR Portal.
• Conduct online or face-to-face counselling when required.
• Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth enrollment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, admissions, education counselling, telesales, or similar roles.
• Experience in education, training, EdTech, or professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
