Student Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and student-focused Student Enrollment Manager to lead recruitment and admissions efforts for our academic programs. In this role, you'll develop enrollment strategies, guide prospective students through the admissions process, and build partnerships that expand our outreach and support our enrollment goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets across programs
• Represent the institution at school fairs, community events, and informational sessions through engaging presentations
• Manage the full admissions process using student information systems and CRM platforms, ensuring accurate data and seamless communication
• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students and families on admissions requirements and application procedures
• Lead and develop a team of admissions staff and student ambassadors, providing training and performance feedback
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies
• Analyze enrollment data to identify trends, refine outreach strategies, and prepare reports for senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and educational partners to expand recruitment channels

Experience

• Proven experience in admissions management or education administration within an academic setting
• Demonstrated success in student recruitment and public outreach initiatives
• Proficiency with Ellucian or comparable student information systems and CRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of admissions processes and educational compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting
• Background in academic advising or teaching highly desirable

Pay: $51,920.53 - $62,527.95 per year
