Love design? Want real-world experience while you’re in school? The Southern Regional Extension Forestry Office (SREF), located in the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources, is looking for a student graphic designer to join the team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of creative projects and build hands-on experience designing publications, websites, fact sheets, marketing materials, and more. It’s a great opportunity to grow your portfolio while supporting projects that make an impact across the southern forestry community.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position

• Proficient in InDesign and Illustrator (or in-training)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Work independently and communicate effectively with partners

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies Work collaboratively with the SREF team on projects such as:

• Create multi-concept diagrams
• Create banners and marketing materials
• Design & redesign partner websites
• Light Social Media Posting
