Student Intern

About the Opportunity:
Cavella is opening its doors to motivated interns who want hands-on experience in a growing company. We're currently looking to fill three internship slots across Admin and Accounting — a great chance to apply what you've learned in school to real workplace tasks.

Admin Intern (2 openings)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
• Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence
• Support other departments with general office needs
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a course requiring OJT/Internship hours (Business Administration, Office Management, or related course)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Accounting Intern (1 opening)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and organizing financial transactions
• Help prepare basic reports and reconcile records
• Support invoice, billing, and expense tracking
• Assist with filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course, and requiring OJT hours
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential information

Pay: Php2,000.00 - Php3,000.00 per month
