Student Management Support Staff

Job Scope:

The Services required are set out as follows:

 ·         Investigate cases of student misconduct and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

·         Maintain accurate case records using the school case tracking sheet and monitor follow-up.

·         Facilitate student reflection and reconciliation sessions.

·         Conduct regular check-ins with identified students and support teachers in implementing intervention plans.

·         Coordinate Recess Suspension and In-School Suspension duties.

·         Compile relevant reports and statistics and provide other administrative and operational support for Student Management.

Qualification:

·         Must be registered with Ministry of Education (REMS) as of ITQ closing date and remain registered throughout the contract period

·         Academic qualification: at least Diploma

·         Prior work experience with students in schools will be an added advantage

·         Experience in counselling, behaviour management, case management or restorative practices will be an advantage.
