What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Tracking: Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and encourage consistent study habits.
- One-on-One Support: Meet with students individually or in small groups to listen to challenges and build actionable plans.
- Resource Connection: Guide students toward campus or online resources, tutoring services, or additional academic help when needed.
- Motivation & Confidence: Build self-esteem, encourage a positive "can-do" attitude, and help students handle academic setbacks.
- Communication: Maintain records of student interactions and update teachers, parents, or academic teams on general progress when required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
