Student Mentor

Join our team as a Student Mentor and support students in their learning journey. We are looking for responsible and student-friendly individuals who can communicate effectively, provide guidance, and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support students throughout their learning journey.

• Communicate regularly with students and parents.

• Follow up on classes, attendance, and academic activities.

• Address student concerns and provide appropriate support.

• Coordinate with teachers and the internal team.

• Monitor student participation and engagement.

• Handle student and parent queries professionally.

• Maintain accurate student records.

• Provide updates and reports to management.

• Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

• Promote a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: +2 / Bachelor’s Degree

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Student-friendly and responsible attitude.

• Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Work Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Location: In-person

• Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (In Office)

• Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Work from Home)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
