About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate Intern to join our Student Onboarding team. In this role, you will support the onboarding of students and help ensure a smooth and seamless experience for parents and students as they begin their learning journey with Codingal.

You will work closely with parents, teachers, and internal teams to coordinate class schedules, track onboarding progress, and resolve operational challenges while gaining hands-on experience in operations within a fast-paced EdTech startup.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Student Onboarding team in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new students.
2. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes and ensure timely onboarding.
3. Track onboarding progress, maintain accurate records, and update student information using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
4. Follow up with parents and internal stakeholders on pending onboarding activities and class scheduling.
5. Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively flag delays or unresolved cases to the relevant team members.
6. Support parent communication by addressing routine queries professionally and escalating complex concerns when required.
7. Help maintain a positive onboarding experience by ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
8. Assist with daily operational reports, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks within deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other communication tools.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or experience in operations, customer support, or customer success is an advantage but not mandatory.

Shift Time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Week Off: Any one day between Monday and Friday

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India

Position Type: Internship - 6months

Stipend: 22k
