Role Responsibilities

• Complete simple digital tasks on your personal device while narrating your process aloud.
• Share your screen during the remote session.
• Answer questions about your experience navigating the interface.
• Identify moments of friction or confusion and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Comfortable navigating everyday digital platforms and basic online interfaces.
• Able to clearly articulate your thought process while completing tasks.
• Willing to share open, honest feedback about your user experience.
• Access to a reliable internet connection for a remote feedback session.
