Student Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking seeking an energetic, highly organised person to join our Pathways Team.

The successful applicant will help coordinate our Gateway and STAR programmes, connecting students with tertiary providers and industry partners, and ensure seamless delivery of workplace learning and career initiatives.

This is a hands-on, systems-focused role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, relationship-building and making things happen.

You will:

·  Coordinate student placements and workplace learning opportunities

·  Manage programme tracking, documentation and reporting

·  Support major events such as the Selwyn Careers & Pathways Expo

·  Maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence

You will bring:

·  Strong organisational and coordination skills

·  Confidence working with digital systems and spreadsheets

·  Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

·  Initiative, discretion and attention to detail

·  A genuine passion for youth development and career pathways

Part-time (10 hours per week) with some flexibility to do more hours at peak times and limited holiday work.

This position starts Monday 18 January 2027.
