Student Recruitment Coordinator

Lifeskils are seeking an outgoing, community minded individual to join our recruitment team, to be based at our Mangere Campus. This role is fulltime.

Experience in sales is essential.

Reporting to the Admissions Manager, the Student Recruitment Coordinator will be expected to be a driven individual with a passion for selling products to make sure that we hit our recruitment targets. The successful candidate will be warm, and easily able to connect from people from all varied backgrounds, helping them to navigate the enrolment process, and choose the right course for them.

The day-to-day tasks of the role involves calling leads generated through our Marketing Campaigns, attending community events to promote our Campuses and Courses, conducting interviews with prospective students and their families to assess needs and fit for our courses, onboarding students through enrolment, induction, and pastoral care support for their provisional period.

In campus, this role works collaboratively with the teaching teams to ensure a smooth transition into campus life for all new students.
