Student Relations & Enrollment Coordinator

Newton Training Center is looking for a friendly, approachable, and student-focused Student Relations & Enrollment Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with students, addressing their concerns, coordinating solutions, and ensuring a satisfying student experience. The role also involves generating new enrollments through student referrals and achieving assigned monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, friendly relationships with students.
• Act as the primary contact for student concerns, queries, and feedback.
• Coordinate with trainers, branch staff, and management to resolve student issues promptly.
• Follow up with students to ensure their concerns are addressed and they feel supported.
• Monitor student satisfaction and maintain positive communication.
• Encourage student referrals to generate new enrollment opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly enrollment targets through referrals.
• Maintain records of student feedback, concerns, follow-ups, and referrals.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in customer service, student relations, client coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, patient, approachable, and professional personality.
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working towards monthly enrollment targets.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates with relevant experience are preferred.

This position combines student relationship management, concern resolution, and referral-based enrollment generation. Performance will be evaluated based on student satisfaction, effective issue resolution, relationship management, and achievement of monthly enrollment targets.
