• Job Summary

IMC Certifications is looking for a Student Relationship Officer to manage student inquiries, build strong relationships with prospective students, and support the admissions process. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and lead-to-conversion skills.

• Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments.

• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.

• Build positive relationships with students throughout the enrollment journey.

• Coordinate with the admissions and sales team to ensure smooth enrollment.

• Prepare and share program information, fee details, and relevant documentation.

• Maintain daily activity, follow-up, and conversion reports.

• Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, student counseling, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Ability to handle sales targets and follow-ups.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Education/EdTech, admissions, telesales, or customer-facing experience will be an advantage.
