Senior Relationship Officer (SRO)

Role Overview:
The Senior Relationship Officer will support Senior Counsellors in managing student/candidate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day counselling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update student/candidate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with candidates to collect pending documents and information.
• Check and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Support Senior Counsellors with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Track application/documentation status and follow up on pending actions.
• Assist Senior Counsellors in managing candidate queries and ensuring timely closure of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Key Skills:
Good communication, attention to detail, follow-up skills, basic MS Office/Excel knowledge, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
