We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Student Study Visa Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide students through the complete overseas education journey—from selecting suitable programs and universities to managing application submissions, financial documentation, and visa filings. The ideal candidate has expert knowledge of international student visa requirements (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe) and possesses excellent communication and counselling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling & Assessment: Evaluate students' academic profiles, career aspirations, and financial background to recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities.
• Application Management: Assist students with completing university applications, preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resumes.
• Visa Guidance & Filing: Guide students through student visa regulations, document preparation, financial verification, and official visa application submissions.
• Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for embassy/consulate visa interviews.
• Financial & Scholarship Assistance: Provide guidance on financial documentation, education loans, GIC/blocked accounts, and scholarship applications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changing immigration rules, visa policies, and admission requirements for major study destinations.
• Client Relationship & Follow-up: Track application statuses, communicate updates to clients, and provide pre-departure orientations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience as a Study Abroad / Visa Consultant in an education consultancy or agency.
• Knowledge: Deep familiarity with student visa processes for top destinations (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Germany, Ireland, etc.).
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, ethical guidance standards, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
