Student Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mock immigration interview sessions and pre-departure orientations
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding tuition receipt issuance, student visa releases, and other client milestones.
• Maintain and update master tracking reports and client status dashboards.
• Prepare weekly reports and assist in updating operational trackers and huddle presentations.
• Coordinate with the ESS New Zealand Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to student support and client servicing as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, education consultancy, client support, or an administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable facilitating orientations, presentations, or client briefings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Able to manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
