Position Overview

The success coach position is responsible for helping students complete administrative tasks, facilitating student academic success, participating in recruiting and college events, and serving as a point of contact for prospective students, current students, and faculty.

Base Hourly Rate: $17.00

• Receive and welcome visitors and students to EC3 in the welcome area of the assigned location (should be able to cover different locations as needed)
• Educate students about how EC3 is unique in this area
• Assist students with the EC3 application process
• Advise students about what classes to take
• Assist students with the registration process in Workday
• Assist students with student success in assigned courses
• Help connect students to college and community resources
• Participate in recruiting and enrollment events

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of community college mission
• Successful experience in customer service
• Understanding and belief in community college mission and vision
• Associate’s Degree or significant successful college experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in educational setting, higher education a plus
• Experience working with diverse learners

Pay: $17.00 per hour
