Job description

• Create and send weekly Study Plan Messages to encourage structured learning and planning.
• Managing and following up on 1st MyPlan Due Messages for scheduled student meetings and academic planning sessions.
• Monitoring student participation and sending Low Attendance Messages to inform parents/students about attendance concerns.
• Sharing Homework Update Messages regarding pending, incomplete, or missed assignments.
• Tracking student progress and sending reminders for Last MyPlan Taken, follow-ups to ensure regular academic reviews.
• Maintaining proper communication records and ensuring timely message delivery.
• Coordinating with mentors/teachers to ensure accurate academic updates are shared.
• Supporting student accountability, discipline, and overall academic consistency.
• Develop and execute post-enrollment engagement strategies to improve student participation during Masterclasses and other events.
• Help with post exam success story compilation and branding work
• Work closely with the Program Director on Product Operations and management.
