Student Success Manager

Job Summary

A growing business / client assignment is looking for a Student Success Manager based in Delhi NCR. The role involves speaking with students, parents or institutional stakeholders, understanding requirements, explaining programmes or services, following up on enquiries and keeping records updated. You will coordinate with academic, operations and sales teams so that commitments made to prospects are followed through. People who enjoy meaningful conversations, build trust naturally and are comfortable working towards clear monthly outcomes will do well here. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of follow-ups, communicate clearly and contribute beyond simply completing assigned calls or tasks. The expected experience range is 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
