We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and caring team member who is passionate about supporting students throughout their university application journey.

About the Role

As part of our Student Success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new students through engaging and informative Zoom meetings.
• Conducting accountability check-ins to monitor and ensure students’ portfolio progress.
• Providing timely and helpful responses to students’ questions and enquiries via text.
• Collaborating closely with internal team members to deliver student opportunities and provide valuable tutor resources.
• Fostering long-term student engagement and maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Employment Details

Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours

• Full-time, including weekends (weekdays off).
• Either:
• 9 hours/day, 5 days/week, or
• 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
• During the initial training period, you will work 6 days per week. After successful onboarding, there may be an opportunity to transition to a 5-day work week.
• Working hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Hong Kong Time) (Negotiable).

Requirements

• Excellent spoken & written English (required).
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment without background noise.
• Comfortable communicating with students and parents through video and voice calls.
• Able to maintain and update student, parent, and internal records accurately using our CRM/database systems.
