Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Executive Relationship Manager who will own and elevate the end-to-end candidate experiencefrom onboarding with Ampersand to successful integration with international clients. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, transparent, and engaging journey for candidates while driving process excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Candidate Lifecycle Management

• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey from onboarding with Ampersand to joining international clients and settling in overseas locations.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide continuous handholding support to candidates through each stage of the process.
• Ensure a smooth transition and high satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle

2. Candidate Engagement & Experience

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all candidate-related communication.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance candidate satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Proactively resolve candidate queries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

3. Alumni Engagement & Branding

• Build and manage alumni relationships to drive referrals and strengthen employer branding.
• Develop engagement strategies to maintain long-term connections with placed candidates

4. Process Optimization & Tech Integration

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes across the candidate engagement lifecycle.
• Drive technology adoption and automation to minimize manual interventions.
• Ensure process standardization and implementation across all accounts

5. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Define, track, and analyze key engagement metrics and performance indicators.
• Generate actionable insights to improve processes and candidate experience.
• Monitor adherence to defined processes and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
• Ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance with internal processes

Key Requirements:

Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in candidate engagement, operations, HR, or customer experience roles
• Experience in international mobility, staffing, or service operations is a plus
