STUDENT WORKER MARKETING

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Student Worker to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Marketing department with a variety of administrative, coordinating, and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing while developing their organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. The role is varied, and you will work closely with the marketing team across different activities and projects, reporting to the Brand Activation Manager. You are a detail-oriented, social and proactive individual, curious to learn and not afraid to help where it is needed.

Key aspects of the role:

• Providing general administrative support to the Marketing team
• Organizing and maintaining marketing materials
• Assisting with campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives
• Supporting social media and digital marketing activities such as gifting programs and send outs
• Performing various ad hoc administrative tasks and providing support where needed

Day-to-day, the role is based at our Malmö HQ, but it’s important that you’re comfortable communication in English.

The person we need is:

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferably in your first or second year of studies
• Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
• Some experience in project management, planning, or coordinating projects is a plus
• Proactive and has a hands-on approach to work
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for tasks
• Has strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
• Service-minded, flexible, and willing to support the team wherever needed
