The tutor's goal is to empower, enable, encourage, and assist students in a specific subject, investigate and determine areas of weakness, and develop/share supportive strategies with the student. The tutor will maintain clear and concise records of each meeting and complete and submit an accurate and detailed report each month. Essential Functions

• Addressing areas of concern.

• Focusing students on the task at hand.

• Maintaining records of each meeting, and completing monthly reports.

• Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate and/or necessary by the Tutoring Center Coordinator.

Qualifications Qualifications Currently enrolled SCC student, in good academic standing.
