Students Admissions Administrators (Temporary)

1. Front Office & Guest Services

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner according to the school’s service standards.
• Record and direct guests to the relevant person or department.
• Maintain a guest book or attendance recording system.

2. Guest Assistance

• Accompany guests until they meet the relevant person, when necessary.
• Inform guests of the estimated waiting time.

3. Telephone & Information Services

• Receive and transfer incoming telephone calls.
• Respond to general inquiries from parents, prospective parents, and external parties.
• Deliver messages to the relevant person in a timely manner.

4. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with teachers, school principals, and relevant departments to support smooth school operations.
• Inform relevant parties about school activities and schedules.

5. Supporting Tasks

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front office and waiting area.
• Assist the school committee during school events, including Student Admission (PSB) activities.

This position just for 2-3 months contract (temporary position)
