Studio Admin / Front Desk Executive

About the role

This is a full-time front desk and admin role in a lively dance studio environment. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and you will help ensure the studio runs smoothly each day.

Key responsibilities

• Front desk and counter duties.
• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors.
• Check students in and out.
• Take attendance and update booking records.
• Handle payments, receipts, and daily sales tally.
• Ensure opening and closing sales tallies are accurate.
• Maintain basic studio tidiness and cleanliness.
• Support general admin tasks as needed.
• Report daily matters and issues to the Studio Manager.

About you

• Responsible, punctual, and organised.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Able to handle cash and payment records carefully.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Able to work independently and stay calm during busy periods.
• Prior admin, receptionist, or customer service experience is an advantage.
