Studio Assistant

Our Culver City design studio is looking for a Studio Assistant who enjoys creative work and is good at keeping people and details organized. You’ll work alongside designers as projects move from an early idea to finished artwork, helping prepare materials, coordinate feedback, and make sure the right files reach the right people.

This is an entry-level role, a hands-on way to build experience across branding, graphics, print, packaging, and digital work.

From brief to finished work

When a project starts, you’ll:

• Help organize client briefs, reference images, notes, and deadlines.
• Set up project folders so the team can find current files quickly.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate calls or studio visits.

While the team is creating, you’ll:

• Keep track of feedback and flag unanswered questions to the designer leading the project.
• Help assemble presentation decks, sample materials, and visual references.
• Check that names, dates, file versions, and other details are accurate.
• Communicate with colleagues and clients about routine updates and next steps.

As work gets ready to go out, you’ll:

• Organize approved artwork and delivery files.
• Help coordinate print or packaging samples when a project calls for them.
• Check that final materials are complete before passing them to the project lead.

The qualities that matter here

We’d like to meet someone who is curious about design, comfortable talking with people, and willing to ask questions when a brief is unclear. You should be able to manage several small tasks at once, take care with written details, and use everyday digital tools confidently.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or a similar design tool is helpful, but it isn’t required. We’re looking for someone who will support the studio reliably and grow their skills through the work.
