Studio Assistant

An exciting opportunity is available at our Stratford-upon-Avon studio for a Studio Assistant. This is a permanent position with contracted shifts as shown in the four-week rota below. Additional hours may be required to cover staff holidays and sickness.

Working Rota

Week 1:

• Wednesday: 10am–8pm
• Friday: 3pm–8pm

Week 2:

• Saturday: 10am–5pm
• Sunday: 11am–5pm

Week 3:

• Wednesday: 3pm–8pm
• Friday: 10am–8pm

Week 4:

• Thursday: 10am–3pm
• Sunday: 11am–5pm

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

What we are looking for

Essential:

• Previous customer-facing experience
• English GCSE or an equivalent qualification, or demonstrable communication skills
• Experience working towards a goal or target through previous roles or education
• Ability to attend mandatory training
• Good time management skills
• Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

Desirable:

• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
