Studio assistant

Position: Studio Assistant – Male
Department: Studio Operations
Location: AimFit Gulburg

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready before opening and throughout the day.
• Arrange and organize all workout equipment properly before and after classes.
• Assist members with basic equipment and studio-related requirements.
• Support trainers during classes by ensuring required equipment is available and properly placed.
• Check equipment regularly and report any damaged, missing, or faulty items to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workout area, reception support areas, and other assigned studio spaces.
• Assist with basic operational tasks such as moving equipment, setting up the studio, and maintaining overall studio readiness.
• Support the Studio Manager/management in daily operational activities.
• Ensure studio SOPs, safety standards, and discipline are followed.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and respectful attitude with members and staff.
• Assist in handling basic member queries and guide members to the relevant team when required.
• Ensure all equipment and studio assets are properly secured after operating hours.
• Perform opening and closing support duties as assigned.
• Maintain punctuality and follow assigned duty/shift timings.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• Male candidate with an interest in a fitness/gym environment.
• Previous gym, fitness studio, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of handling/moving gym equipment.
• Responsible, punctual, active, and well-groomed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Fresh candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Main Objective:
To ensure the AimFit studio remains clean, organized, safe, fully prepared, and operationally smooth, while providing basic support to members, trainers, and management.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
