Before a shoot begins or a creative project gets underway, someone needs to make sure the space is ready, the equipment is where it should be, and the team has what it needs to get started. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Studio Assistant in Gretna, LA who enjoys hands-on work, solving practical problems, and being involved in the details that keep a studio running. You’ll help prepare spaces, organize equipment and materials, and support the team as projects move from preparation to production. If you like variety, take pride in getting things right, and want to build experience in a creative working environment, this could be a great place to start.

The Role

• Prepare studio spaces and materials for scheduled projects and sessions.
• Keep equipment, supplies, and work areas organized.
• Assist with setting up and packing away equipment and materials.
• Track studio supplies and flag items that need replenishing.
• Support the team with basic administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Organize files, documents, and project materials.
• Help coordinate studio bookings and daily activities.
• Keep the studio clean, tidy, and ready for use.
• Assist creative and production team members when needed.
• Follow studio procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.

What You’ll Need

• Reliable, punctual, and well organized.
• Good attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a helpful attitude.
• Comfortable managing practical tasks and changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous studio, creative, production, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Full-time | On-site | Gretna, LA

$18–$21/hour | Bi-weekly pay
