Studio Assistant

About the Role

Our Client is looking for a reliable, motivated and highly organized Studio Assistant to join our creative team. The Studio Assistant will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio, ensuring the creative team has everything they need to produce high-quality work. This role requires someone who is proactive, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries, couriers, and post. - Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized studio environment. - Ordering and restocking office supplies, pantry items, and creative materials. - Assisting with the onboarding of new team members, including desk setup and equipment allocation. - Providing general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing invoices. - Supporting the creative team with production tasks as needed, such as printing, mounting, or organizing digital assets. - Assisting with the planning and coordination of studio events or social gatherings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office management or studio assistant role. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. - A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to help with a wide range of tasks. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
