Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and people-focused individuals to join our Hyde Park team.

This role goes beyond a traditional front desk position. You will play a key role in shaping the client experience, supporting daily operations, and helping maintain the overall flow of the studio.

Opening Shift Requirements

This position is specifically for opening shifts and requires early morning availability.

• Monday–Friday: Shift begins at 4:30 AM
• Saturday–Sunday: Shift begins at 6:30 AM

Team members are responsible for preparing the studio for the day, including opening procedures, setting up rooms, and ensuring the space is fully operational before the first appointments. Consistent, reliable attendance for early morning shifts is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

• Welcome members and guests with a high level of energy and professionalism
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and wellness benefits
• Guide clients through their visit to ensure a smooth and positive experience

Scheduling & Communication

• Manage appointments using booking software (Mindbody)
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups
• Respond to calls, emails, and general inquiries

Studio Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the entire studio
• Reset sauna and cold plunge rooms between sessions
• Keep supplies stocked and ensure equipment is functioning properly

Client Support

• Assist clients with sauna and cold plunge setup
• Provide clear instructions on usage and safety
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their session

Sales & Membership Support

• Share information about memberships, packages, and current promotions
• Support team efforts to drive membership growth and retention

Team Environment

• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Interest in health, wellness, or fitness preferred
