Step into a role where your friendly personality is your greatest asset. We are seeking a service-oriented Studio Consultant to welcome guests, build genuine relationships, and be the guiding light for customers as they dive into the fun world of DIY Baking, Pottery & Tufting!

Responsibility:

• Create a happy and entertaining environment for customer during their Baking, Pottery, Tufting, Art & Craft experiences.
• Consult customers in our products and services, assist them during the activities and events.
• Build good relationships with customers, answer customers' enquiries.
• Ensure that customers perform activities in a fun and happy atmosphere by maintaining open communication with them.
• Ensure that all equipment, tools, and material are always cleaned, organized and in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate large group events and parties effectively.
• Provide consultations to customers for signing up for membership packages.
• Keep track of all suppliers and ordering materials when necessary.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed in the studio, including the proper use of equipment and handling of materials.
• Any other responsibilities that management may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Capable of multitasking and work independently.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per scheduled.
• Proficient in time management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Conversational proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (optional but is a plus).
• Applicants with good customer service passion & experience are encouraged to apply
• Pastry/ Culinary, Ceramic, Fine Arts background are an added advantage.
• Entry-level applicants with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Our Location: Kuala Lumpur (MyTOWN, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Sunway 163 Mall), IPC Damansara , Johor (Toppen Shopping Centre, Paradigm Mall)
