We are seeking a polished, organized, and client-focused Studio Coordinator / Spray Tan Artist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a supportive and collaborative team. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with hands-on spray tanning services and plays a key role in creating an elevated client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred
• Previous receptionist or front desk experience strongly preferred
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Studio Coordinator Duties:

• Greet clients warmly and provide a luxury guest experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
• Check clients in and out efficiently using booking software
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and studio areas
• Educate clients on studio services, memberships, promotions, and retail products
• Assist with inventory management and retail merchandising
• Support daily opening and closing studio procedures
• Maintain professionalism and a positive atmosphere at all times

Spray Tan Artist Duties:

• Perform customized spray tanning services with attention to detail
• Educate clients on proper pre- and post-care instructions
• Recommend products to enhance and maintain results
• Ensure tanning rooms remain sanitized, stocked, and presentation-ready
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
