barre3 Felida is a neighborhood boutique fitness studio that has been part of the Felida community for over a decade. Our clients call it their home away from home, and we're looking for someone to help keep it that way.

About the role

As our Studio Experience Lead, you'll be the keeper of our studio. You'll make the space sparkle, give every client a warm welcome, and keep our promotions and events running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Keep the studio spotless, stocked and beautiful for everyone that enters it
• Spot the little things (a burnt-out bulb, a smudged mirror, an empty towel bin) and fix them before anyone else notices
• Own the studio's look and feel: music, lighting, fresh touches and seasonal details
• Greet clients by name, welcome first-timers, and make everyone feel at home
• Answer questions and resolve concerns with warmth and follow-through
• Prepare for promotions, coordinate private classes, and help run community events and workshops
• Track supplies, place orders, and be the go-to contact for repairs and vendors

Who you are

• You have 2+ years in hospitality, boutique fitness, retail, a salon, or another customer-facing role
• You have a sharp eye for detail and take genuine pride in your work
• You're warm, welcoming, and naturally great with people
• You're organized and reliable, and you follow through without reminders
• You're comfortable learning new software
• You're available for a consistent weekly schedule, with some flexibility for events

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
