Studio Growth Lead

Bovée Pilates is Grand Rapids' home for comprehensively trained Pilates. Two studios (Wealthy St. and Knapp's Corner), 19 certified instructors, and Michigan's only Balanced Body Authorized Training Center. We're growing, and we need someone who loves to make growth happen.

This isn't a front desk job. You'll greet clients and keep the studio running smoothly, yes. But your real job is bringing new people through our doors and turning first visits into long-term members.

What you'll own

• Converting intro offers and trial clients into memberships and packages
• Following up with leads by phone, text, and email, consistently and personally
• Building local partnerships with businesses, medical providers, and community groups
• Planning and showing up for community events, pop-ups, and workshops
• Tracking your numbers and reporting on what's moving the needle
• Taking an idea from the planning meeting to finished, without being chased
• Supporting daily studio operations: scheduling, client questions, retail, and studio readiness

Who you are

• You've sold something and liked it. Memberships, fitness, retail, hospitality, real estate, anything with a goal attached.
• Asking for the sale feels natural to you, and you do it with warmth, not pressure.
• You finish things. Lists get checked off. Follow ups happen.
• You're organized, comfortable with tech, and quick to learn new systems.
• You care about people and want to help them feel stronger and more confident.
• Pilates experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
