2. This is a leadership role where you will own the studio's day-to-day operations, sales performance, customer experience, and team development.

4. The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury retail, sales leadership, and delivering memorable customer experiences while maintaining the highest service standards.

********** Must-Haves **********

1. 4 to 10 years of experience in Retail Store Management, Studio Management, Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail Brands.
2. Proven experience in leading retail teams and achieving store sales targets.
3. Strong customer relationship management (CRM) and client engagement skills.
4. Experience managing store operations, team performance, and business reporting.
5. Ability to drive key business metrics including Revenue, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Satisfaction.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and people management skills.
7. Experience handling premium customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
8. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reports and identify business improvement opportunities.
9. High ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage business operations.
10. Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.

1. Experience in Jewellery, Diamond, Luxury Fashion, Watches, Premium Lifestyle, or High-End Consumer Brands.
2. Experience working with CRM software and retail management systems.
3. Knowledge of visual merchandising and luxury retail presentation standards.
4. Ability to recommend operational improvements and implement best practices.
5. Experience managing HNI or premium clientele.

1. Managing the complete operations of the retail studio while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
2. Driving monthly sales targets and monitoring business performance through key retail KPIs.
3. Managing customer appointments, consultations, walk-ins, and post-sales follow-ups.
4. Monitoring leads received through digital channels including WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries while ensuring timely responses.
5. Leading, mentoring, motivating, and developing the studio team to achieve individual and business goals.
6. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
7. Managing staff schedules, productivity, and daily operational planning.
8. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and product quality.
9. Maintaining accurate CRM records, customer data, and operational reports.
10. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, sales performance, and studio operations.
