For our boutique hot Pilates studio in Eindhoven, we are looking for an energetic, proactive, social and independent Studio Host / Substitute Instructor.
This role combines hospitality, studio operations and occasionally stepping in as a substitute Pilates instructor.
The majority of your responsibilities will focus on welcoming members, delivering an amazing customer experience and independently managing the day-to-day operations of the studio.
Additionally, an important part of this role is being able to step in and teach a hot Pilates class when an instructor unexpectedly cancels (last minute) and no other replacement is available.
You do not need previous teaching experience. We offer a short internal training where you will learn our class method. However, it is important that you are open to completing this training and eventually being able to independently teach classes when needed.
About the role As a Studio Host, you are the face of Hotnation during your shift. You are the first point of contact for our members, create an amazing customer experience and are responsible for making sure the studio runs smoothly.
This is not a role where you simply sit behind the reception desk. During your shift, you will have a lot of autonomy and we expect you to take ownership: you notice what needs to be done, take initiative and solve problems independently when they arise.
For us, personality is incredibly important. We are looking for someone who is bubbly, open and social, connects easily with people and genuinely enjoys building relationships with our members.
